Narendra Verma is an Advocate, Consultant and Strategist whose work bridges Corporate Innovation and Grassroots Development. A Graduate from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, his Practice spans Business Coaching, Knowledge Management, Industrial Investment Banking and Strategic Analysis for Policy Planning.

Over the past decade and a half he has advised Global Organizations, partnered with the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, collaborated with Multilateral Agencies including the World Bank and SIDBI, and mentored Corporate and Development Executives in Entrepreneurship and Leadership.

A Bachelor of Law in Criminal Law and International Law, he is extending his Consulting Practices into Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Law, International Law & Dispute Settlement and at the institutions like High Court, Supreme Court of India and United Nations Organization.

My LL.B. programme gave me valuable exposure to the Indian judicial system through visits and academic interactions at the High Court, Lucknow Bench and the Supreme Court of India. These experiences provided me with first-hand understanding of court proceedings, legal advocacy, constitutional principles, and the practical functioning of the judiciary. Furthermore, working in the office of the Deputy Solicitor General of India, significantly enriched my legal knowledge by exposing me to government litigation, legal drafting, case research, and policy-related matters. The experience enhanced my analytical, research, and professional skills while deepening my understanding of the role of law officers in representing the Government of India before various courts.

Bachelor of Arts (Hons) — Social Work & Rural Development

At Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, I gained valuable exposure by working on projects related to the World Bank, Funding Agencies and Panchayati Raj Institutions. These experiences provided me with practical insights into Development Planning, Governance, Rural Development, and the implementation of social welfare programmes at the Grassroots Level.
